Voluntary transfer process starts March 11

The transfer process for the 2015-16 school year will begin March 11 and close on April 8. Teachers who wish to transfer must submit an application no later than April 8 in order to secure a guaranteed interview if there is a position available at the site and in the grade/subject you selected. Teachers applying for a transfer after April 8 are not guaranteed an interview.

Available openings will be listed on the Human Resources website under the Certified Internal Vacancies - Transfer Process link. The link will not be available until Wednesday, March 11. An email will be sent to all teachers when the link goes live. Information in regard to staffing will be continuously updated until staffing and transfers are complete. 

To submit a transfer request, complete an online application using the WinOcular system. The technology mentor on your campus is available if you have any technical questions about the online process. In addition you can review the transfer process flowchart and transfer regulation policy GCK-R.

You will be notified through email by the hiring administrator regarding the status of your transfer request.
