MOM will visit campuses March 2-6

Mobile On-site Mammography will visit 10 GESD campuses March 2-6, and you can make your appointment by calling 480-967-3767 or 1-800-285-0272.

MOM will verify your insurance benefits and inform you if you qualify or if there are any charges that you will be responsible for. Patients under the age of 30 must provide a Doctor’s referral.
