One of the many great
things about teaching in GESD is the Peer Observer system. Peer Observers
are teachers who receive annual training and are approved by the Governing
Board. Peer Observers help to ensure that all guidelines relating to the formal
observation/evaluation are being followed.
If you are interested in
becoming a Peer Observer you will need to complete the Peer Observer candidate form and email it back to Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources Dr. Barbara Goodwin no later than Aug. 19. The training will be held
on Aug. 26.
